  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Blend together first 5 ingredients until smooth
  3. Stir in riced cauliflower
  4. Place in oven safe container and bake for 45 minutes or until the top begins to brown
  5. Service with celery slices, tortilla chips, or pita chips
